About the department

Pharmacosmos’ Global IT department consists of 15 dedicated professionals, with 10 based at the headquarters in Holbæk. The department is structured into four focus areas: Helpdesk, Security, Application & Operations, and Strategic Projects.

You will be part of the Application & Operations team, working closely with specialists who each cover a business domain (e.g. ERP, GxP, AI). The role is positioned broadly across these domains and will play a central part in creating coherence within Pharmacosmos’ overall IT architecture.

About the job

As Solution Architect, you will play a central role in shaping Pharmacosmos’ IT landscape and ensuring coherence across all systems and integrations. You will take responsibility for the overall architecture, ensuring that all systems and integrations fit together in a coherent and future-proof way. This is a newly created role, giving you significant influence on technical decisions and the opportunity to set the direction for years to come.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Taking full ownership of Pharmacosmos’ overall IT architecture.
• Acting as cloud specialist with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 at the core.
• Designing integration models and architectural frameworks for ERP, GxP, and other critical systems.
• Ensuring compliance and security are embedded in all designs.
• Engaging early in new projects to define technical direction and architectural principles.
• Collaborating with IT Security, ERP and GxP specialists, and business stakeholders across R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, HR, laboratories, and production.

About you

You bring a strong technical foundation and thrive in a role where you take ownership and responsibility. You enjoy working across domains, collaborating broadly with stakeholders, and building scalable and compliant IT solutions.

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• Minimum 10 years of professional IT experience, including at least 2–3 years as Solution Architect or senior developer with design responsibility.
• Solid expertise with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, with proven experience designing and implementing cloud solutions.
• Experience with ERP implementations and system integration.
• Preferably experience from regulated industries and familiarity with GxP-related systems (QMS, EDMS, RIMS, EDC).
• Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical design into practical solutions.
• A proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Danish and professional proficiency in English.
