By combining commercial excellence with digital and data-driven solutions, the organisation focuses strongly on optimisation, efficiency and reducing CO₂ emissions across customers’ supply chains.

About the department

You will become part of the IT Operations & Services team, responsible for ensuring the stability, operation, and continuous optimisation of the company’s global IT landscape. This includes infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud platforms, applications, and digital workplace services across international offices.

  • Maintaining and optimising network solutions based on Cisco Meraki and Fortinet
  • Managing the day-to-day operation of our virtual server environment
  • Acting as technical lead on implementation, integration and migration projects
  • Automating and optimising IT operations and service delivery processes
  • Contributing to the continuous development of our infrastructure landscape, with a strong focus on Azure-based solutions
  • Acting as a trusted sparring partner for IT and business stakeholders in transformation projects
  • Supporting colleagues in troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related issues

Your profile

We are looking for a colleague who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys combining operational stability with forward-looking development. You are curious, improvement-driven and motivated by working with modern infrastructure technologies.

You bring:

  • Experience with infrastructure as code
  • Direct hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki and Fortinet technologies
  • Practical experience with virtualisation and Windows Server environments
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
  • A strong interest in automation and cloud-based solutions

Personal Competencies

  • Collaborative and willing to share knowledge
  • Service-minded and professional in dialogue with stakeholders
  • Curious and improvement-oriented
  • Open and relationship-building

What They Offer

  • A central role in an international organisation with global reach
  • The opportunity to shape a cloud transformation within a complex IT organisation
  • An international working environment
  • Flexibility and the possibility to work from home one day per week
  • An attractive canteen scheme and employee benefits
