Faerch is looking for an ERP Solution Architect to join the company’s global ERP Program Organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and governing Faerch’s future ERP landscape by ensuring a scalable, standardized, and future-proof ERP solution across manufacturing sites in Europe.

About the Department

You will become part of Faerch’s ERP Program Organization, which is responsible for rolling out and operating the company’s Corporate ERP platform across all manufacturing sites.

The team consists of highly experienced ERP specialists and Business Process Owners covering key business areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and Sales. As the ERP organization continues to mature, the department is evolving into a scalable global program capable of managing multiple parallel ERP implementations across Europe.

You will work closely with Business Process Owners, Local Project Managers, manufacturing sites, IT, and external implementation partners in a highly collaborative and transformation-driven environment.

About the Role

As ERP Solution Architect, you will be responsible for defining and governing the overall ERP solution architecture supporting Faerch’s global ERP transformation.

The role goes far beyond traditional solution design. You will act as the architectural guardian of the ERP Program, ensuring that the global ERP template remains scalable, standardized, and aligned with business objectives while balancing local business requirements with global best practices.

Working closely with Business Process Owners, Local Project Managers, Corporate IT, and external implementation partners, you will support ERP rollouts by conducting readiness assessments, evaluating local requirements, identifying gaps, and continuously optimizing the global solution architecture.

The position combines strategic architecture with hands-on involvement in ERP implementations and offers a unique opportunity to influence one of Faerch’s most important transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define, govern, and continuously evolve the overall ERP Solution Architecture strategy for the global ERP Program
• Conduct readiness assessments together with the IT Solution Architect and the ERP team ahead of ERP rollouts
• Evaluate local manufacturing sites and identify gaps between local processes and the global ERP template
• Develop and maintain the overall Solution Architecture strategy and governance model for the ERP Program
• Ensure that ERP implementations follow the agreed global template while supporting necessary business requirements
• Act as a trusted advisor to the ERP Program Director and key stakeholders on architecture and solution design
• Collaborate closely with Business Process Owners, Local Project Managers, Corporate IT, and external implementation partners
• Support the ongoing optimization and maturation of Faerch’s global ERP operating model

Your Profile

We imagine that you:

• Have proven experience working with ERP transformation programs, PMO organizations, or global ERP rollouts
• Have a strong understanding of ERP Solution Architecture, governance, and template management in international organizations
• Have experience balancing global standardization with local business requirements in complex manufacturing environments
• Have experience with Infor M3 Cloud Edition (M3CE), SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or another enterprise ERP platform
• Are able to bridge business requirements and technical solution design
• Have strong stakeholder management and communication skills across both business and IT
• Thrive in international, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholders
• Communicate fluently in English

Experience from manufacturing or supply chain-driven environments is considered an advantage but is not a requirement.
