About the Technology Implementation department
The Technology Implementation department consists of approximately 60 dedicated employees, divided into two main areas: CTO Advisory & Digital Identity. The main areas are further divided into six sub-teams who all collaborate closely to deliver high-quality technology consulting and solutions to a diverse portfolio of clients across all main sectors. Technology Implementation functions as a collaborative partner when their clients need to manage, streamline, and document i.e. employees’ access to critical business systems, functions, and data.
About the Position and Responsibilities
In this role, you will become part of Digital Identity, where the team is composed of 35-40 specialists who focus on ensuring that clients’ digital identities and access management are maintained at the highest security level. Collaboration with clients is crucial to creating tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. Overall, the Technology Implementation department is committed to delivering high-quality technological solutions and enhancing clients’ positions.
Within cybersecurity, IAM (Identity and Access Management) solutions are instrumental in creating clarity and coherence in the management of identity and user rights. The solutions align and automate user administration processes, reducing dependency on individuals as well as ensuring necessary documentation. As a Senior Associate/Manager, you will be part of shaping and implementing IAM and PAM (Privileged Access Management) solutions for PwC’s clients. You will use your previous experience to assess, strategize, and deliver IAM and PAM frameworks that align with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end IAM and PAM solutions.
- Provide expertise in integrating IAM and PAM solutions with various systems, applications, and cloud platforms.
- Deliver training and workshops to clients on IAM and PAM best practices and the usage of implemented solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in IAM and PAM.
- Strong knowledge of IAM and PAM concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
- Experience with IAM and PAM tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, etc.) are a plus.
