About the role

As Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in structuring and coordinating development activities across the organization.

Working closely with developers, QA, and product leadership, you will translate product priorities into clear development plans and ensure that initiatives progress smoothly from planning to release.

The role combines operational coordination with continuous improvement of development processes, helping strengthen planning discipline and improve delivery predictability.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will

  • Plan and coordinate software development initiatives and releases
  • Translate product priorities into structured delivery plans and sprint scopes
  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and development coordination
  • Maintain transparency around development progress, timelines, and dependencies
  • Coordinate work across development, QA, product management, and leadership
  • Identify and remove blockers impacting development progress
  • Manage the release coordination process and ensure structured release readiness
  • Improve development planning processes and strengthen sprint discipline
  • Ensure alignment between business priorities and development capacity

Your profile

You have experience coordinating software development teams and managing delivery processes in a technical environment.

Ideally, you have

  • At least 3 years of experience in software project management
  • Experience working in agile development environments such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Experience with sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning
  • A solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • Experience managing dependencies, risks, and scope in development projects
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical stakeholders

Formal education is not decisive. Practical experience coordinating development teams is considered more important.

Your personality

You are structured and organized and able to create clarity in complex development environments.

At the same time, you are a strong communicator who can coordinate across technical teams and leadership. You have a natural curiosity about software development processes and enjoy improving the way teams work.
