Perfusion Tech is looking for a Software Developer to join their growing development team and contribute to building advanced healthcare technology solutions.
You will work at the intersection of software and healthcare, developing systems that support complex surgical procedures and intensive care treatments, where reliability, precision, and quality are essential.

About the team
You will join a software development team consisting of six engineers, with plans for further growth.
The team works across technologies such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React and operates in a collaborative environment with strong knowledge sharing and collective ownership.
The culture is informal and close-knit, with a strong team spirit and a supportive working environment.
About the role
As Software Developer, you will work across the full software development lifecycle and contribute as a full-stack developer, with the opportunity to specialize in either frontend or backend over time.
You will develop solutions involving real-time data processing, safety-critical functionality, and integration with complex systems. The role also includes exposure to areas such as DevOps, testing, and cloud infrastructure.
You will initially contribute to the development of existing products and gradually take part in building new solutions from the ground up.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to development across the full SDLC
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high quality standards
- Support development of new features and improvements
- Provide input on architecture, scalability, and technical solutions
- Collaborate with the team on planning and execution of development tasks
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices
- Support documentation, verification, and validation activities
Your profile
You have a strong technical foundation and are motivated by working in a collaborative development environment.
In addition, you
- Have approximately 2–4 years of experience in software development
- Have experience with Python and preferably JavaScript
- Have experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
- Have experience with version control and CI/CD tools
- Have experience writing and maintaining unit tests
- Have strong problem-solving skills
- Are fluent in English
- Experience from regulated industries, healthcare, or medical software is an advantage but not a requirement.
