To support this journey, PolyPeptide is looking for an experienced Service Owner Productivity to take ownership of key platforms within the global End User Enablement function, including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, meeting room technologies and digital signage solutions. This is a senior technical role with a strong focus on service lifecycle management, platform reliability and continuous improvement.

The role offers a unique opportunity to drive the evolution of core productivity tools and play a central part in PolyPeptide’s global cloud transformation.

About the Role

As Service Owner Productivity, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle, performance and governance of key productivity services across the global organization. This includes ownership of Microsoft 365 services such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Exchange Online, development of a structured governance model for Power Platform and ensuring reliable, user friendly workplace technologies in meeting rooms and digital signage setups.

You will work closely with global IT teams, PMO, local IT, business stakeholders and compliance functions to ensure that services are secure, compliant and aligned with both business needs and regulatory frameworks such as QMS, GMP and GAMP standards.

The role sits within the global End User Enablement team with approximately eight employees and reports to Kristian Hagbyhn, Head of Cloud and End User Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full lifecycle of assigned productivity services
  • Ensure reliability, performance and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services
  • Establish Power Platform as a governed and structured service area
  • Configure, optimize and maintain productivity platforms and workplace technologies
  • Develop and execute service roadmaps aligned with business needs
  • Collaborate with global IT, PMO, local IT and business stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with QMS, GMP and GAMP standards across services
  • Provide third line support and drive knowledge transfer to operational teams
  • Lead or contribute to digital workplace related projects

Your Profile

PolyPeptide is looking for a structured, communicative and technically strong specialist who enjoys working across teams and taking ownership of key services.

You bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT service management or related roles
  • Solid expertise in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Experience with Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI as well as governance
  • Familiarity with AV and meeting room technologies and digital signage such as PlayIPP
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and service lifecycle management
  • Experience working in regulated environments such as GxP or GMP is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical matters into business language
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
