Senior Adtech Product Manager
Linkfire / Fuldtid
Music and entertainment have the unique power to transcend cultures, languages, and borders. Promoting it, on the other hand, has become increasingly complex. Artists and creators around the world compete for fans’ attention, while consumption is fragmented across hundreds of services and platforms. So how do you connect to all of them at once, as simply as possible?
That’s where Linkfire comes in. Our technology provides major labels and over 80,000 creators with the intuitive design tools, effortless automations, and unparalleled insights they need to grow their careers, while seamlessly connecting billions of fans to their favourite content. Linkfire is a smart link platform for the music marketing space. We help music marketers create intelligent links that route fans to the music they love within the apps they love – and best of all, we do this automatically. One link can provide detailed information on user behaviour – it’s one link to rule them all.
Since 2014, we’ve become a trusted partner to the music industry’s biggest names, which, among other things, count Spotify, Apple and Facebook, as well as thousands of soon-to-be biggest names. Linkfire has a global team with offices in Copenhagen (HQ), New York, and Los Angeles. Underpinning our culture is collaborative, agile processes, and something we like to call the ‘Nordic spirit.’ It means working together with transparency, respect, and honesty. And that goes for the way we do business too.
UX, Engineering & Business
As a Senior AdTech Product Manager, you will be situated in the intersection of UX, engineering and business. On a daily basis, you will find close collaboration with a dedicated team of engineers, responsible for all technical aspects relevant to Linkfire’s product. However, you will also find close collaboration with the BizDev and AdOps team situated in Los Angeles. As such, the position is international in its outlook, and virtual meetings – to ensure effective cross-border communication – with the LA office will occur, but there are no expectations in regards to travelling between offices.
Linkfire is not only global in its outlook, but equally much so when it comes to their workforce, which brings to the table a unique and diverse way of solving complex business challenges. As of now, Linkfire counts more than 25 different nationalities and appreciates an open, informal entrepreneurial working environment. Among other things, this entails flexible working hours and the opportunity to do remote work three days a week.
The team consists of a total of 10 members including an engineering manager, one Data Analyst, one Data Engineer, three Product Engineers (front-/backend), one QA Engineer, one Cloud Ops Engineer and one designer, which represents both junior and senior profiles. The team works with agile ceremonies, product roadmaps, epics, and user stories, which you will be an integral part of on a daily basis to ensure continuous improvement.
The organization is agile and forward thinking, which means there is plenty of room for new ideas and thinking outside the box and quickly turning ideas into action.
