Take the lead in DSV’s Finance Transformation across the Americas
DSV is significantly strengthening Finance Business Change Management (FBCM), including the management layer, and is establishing three new leadership roles. This is an opportunity to play an essential part in shaping an expanding global organisation and set your mark on the future.
Group Finance Transformation is responsible for designing and implementing DSV’s standardised finance processes and systems globally, based on SAP S/4HANA and global templates.
As Regional Solution Delivery Manager for the Americas, you will lead one of four regional Finance BCM Solution Teams and contribute to delivering a growing number of SAP ERP implementation projects and standardisation programmes.
Lead regional SAP Finance delivery
The role is accountable for the region’s capability to deliver projects, change requests and incidents of reasonable quality and on time.
Each team is responsible for building and maintaining the capability required to deliver high-quality SAP ERP Finance project execution across global transformation initiatives.
The team is part of FBCM’s core project delivery engine. It bridges Finance business operations, IT, Global Process Owners, Business Architecture, Change Management, regions and divisions.
The position reports to the Head of Finance BCM and is part of the BCM management team.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the regional Finance BCM Solution Team (global and nearshore resources), ensuring the right skills, capacity and project readiness with the support from the BCM Lead
- Secure availability of FBCM Leads and BCM Solution Specialists for SAP ERP Finance and other finance application projects including coordination of resources across the regions
- Foster consistent execution across requirements clarification, GAP handling, solution validation, and scoping of business test and transactional data migration (performed by the FT Delivery Center)
- Act as the main FBCM solution team interface towards regional, divisional and operational Finance stakeholders
- Ensure the team applies common FBCM methods, templates, work products and delivery standards
- Deliver country go-lives on time, incl. a controlled and timely exit from hypercare to normal operations
Bring your SAP Finance expertise and leadership experience
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Experience leading Finance business resources in SAP ERP projects or transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of SAP Finance processes (FICO), preferably incl. integration points to MM, SD and master data
- Experience with project execution methods, preferably SAP Activate or a similar ERP implementation methodology
- Practical experience with requirements clarification, GAP handling, test preparation, data validation, cutover and hypercare; familiar with business readiness and adoption
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, global template rollouts, standardisation programmes and post-merger integrations
