Faerch is looking for a Program Manager to join the company’s global ERP organization, which is responsible for driving Faerch’s ERP transformation. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and scaling the organization responsible for implementing Infor M3 Cloud Edition across Faerch’s international manufacturing sites.

To support its continued growth, Faerch has launched a global ERP program aimed at consolidating the company’s ERP landscape across 26 manufacturing sites.
About the Role
As Program Manager, you will act as a close sparring partner to the ERP Program Director and play a central role in ensuring structure, governance, and progress across the ERP program.
You will work at the intersection of strategy and execution and be responsible for program management, reporting, coordination of rollout projects, and the continuous development of the ERP program organization.
This position offers a unique opportunity to influence how Faerch’s future ERP program is organized and operated.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the ERP Program Director in developing and driving the ERP program
- Ensure governance, planning, and coordination across rollout projects
- Coordinate timelines, milestones, and dependencies
- Prepare reporting and steering committee materials
- Ensure alignment between business functions, IT, and external partners
- Further develop governance models, methodologies, and ways of working
- Contribute to building a scalable ERP program organization
Your Profile
We imagine that you:
- Have experience with ERP transformations, PMO functions, or large-scale implementation programs
- Have worked with governance, planning, and coordination in complex projects
- Have experience working in international organizations with multiple stakeholders
- Thrive in transformation environments where structures and processes are still evolving
- Can balance strategic thinking with operational execution
- Communicate fluently in English
