  • Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. GxP and audit requirements)
  • Drive continuous improvements and roadmap development for the ERP platform

About you

  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Experience with ERP implementations, migrations, or major transformations
  • Solid understanding of financial processes and ERP-supported workflows
  • Experience working with integrations and surrounding systems
  • Ability to define architecture and translate it into implementable solutions
  • Experience working with external vendors and consultants
  • Preferably experience from regulated environments (e.g. pharma, life science)
  • You are not just technically strong – you also have the ability to work closely with the business and create alignment across stakeholders.

As a person, you are:

  • Self-driven and take ownership
  • Strong in communication and stakeholder management
  • Structured and solution-oriented
