Faerch is looking for a Change & Training Specialist to join the company’s global ERP Program Organization. In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring the successful adoption of Faerch’s global ERP transformation by building and driving change management, communication, and training initiatives across manufacturing sites in Europe.

About the Role
As Change & Training Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and driving the overall change management, communication, and training framework supporting Faerch’s ERP transformation.
The role goes far beyond traditional training coordination. You will help shape the overall adoption strategy and ensure employees across functions and locations are prepared to embrace new processes, systems, and ways of working.
Working closely with Business Process Owners, Local Project Managers, site leadership, and end users, you will drive organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and effective knowledge transfer throughout the ERP rollout journey.
The position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and offers a unique opportunity to influence the people side of a large-scale international transformation program.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall change management strategy for the global ERP Program
- Establish scalable frameworks, methodologies, and governance models for communication, training, and adoption
- Drive stakeholder engagement and change readiness activities across manufacturing sites and business functions
- Develop and maintain communication plans to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the transformation journey
- Design and coordinate training concepts, workshops, webinars, materials, templates, and super-user programs
- Develop adoption tracking mechanisms and KPIs to measure organizational readiness and ERP adoption
- Collaborate closely with Business Process Owners, Local Project Managers, and site leadership teams
- Support rollout and go-live activities by ensuring users are prepared, engaged, and supported during transition periods
- Contribute to the continued development of the ERP Program organization through scalable best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as a trusted advisor on change management, training, and user adoption strategies
Your Profile
We imagine that you:
- Have experience driving change management initiatives related to ERP implementations, digital transformations, or large-scale business transformation programs
- Have experience developing and implementing training strategies, communication plans, and adoption frameworks
- Have a strong understanding of organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption
- Have experience supporting ERP rollouts or large-scale system implementations
- Are able to create scalable training concepts, templates, and governance structures
- Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Thrive in international and cross-functional environments
- Communicate fluently in English
Experience from manufacturing, production, or supply chain environments is considered an advantage but is not a requirement.
