The position is placed within Banking Circle’s CFO unit, a business-critical function that includes Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Transformation Office & Internal Governance. To support the CFO suite and ensure the scalability needed for Banking Circle’s continued global expansion, this new engineering team is currently being established.
This team will be responsible for key systems such as MSFO, ServiceNow, expense and travel management platforms, with the most urgent and immediate focus being the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (D365), which is planned for early 2026. The decision to establish a dedicated team reflects the strategic importance of scalable, robust technology to support finance operations across the group.
The team is initially expected to consist of three people, with potential for growth in the coming years. The Senior Development Engineer will take a leading role in this setup, acting as a technical spearhead, sharing knowledge, and mentoring colleagues.

Success in this role will require the ability to not only implement but also maintain and extend the platform over time. This includes ensuring stable integrations, managing data migrations, and driving continuous improvements in functionality and finance-related processes.
As the CFO systems landscape evolves, the role may expand to include other platforms and integrations, offering a clear path for long-term career growth and technical influence. As a senior profile and subject matter expert in a newly established team, the Senior Development Engineer will also contribute to setting the technical direction, establishing best practices, and sharing knowledge to strengthen the overall capability of the group.
